Operator and license
AssetAmie is provided by Amicus AI Advisors, LLC. Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to the iOS app: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. These terms describe use of the research service and do not replace applicable mandatory consumer rights or Apple's agreement.
General research
The app provides general financial information and research. It does not consider your objectives, financial circumstances, or risk tolerance. It does not execute trades, manage your assets, or create an investment-advisory, fiduciary, brokerage, or other professional relationship by itself. A separate written engagement is required for any professional advisory service.
Independent decisions and risk
You are responsible for checking sources, publication dates, assumptions, and suitability before making an investment decision. Investment values can fall and you can lose principal. Past performance, projections, and illustrative calculations do not guarantee future results. Consult a qualified professional for advice tailored to your circumstances.
Use of content
Use the app and reports lawfully for personal research. Do not misrepresent report authorship, circumvent access controls, disrupt the service, or redistribute protected content beyond permissions granted by the owner or applicable law. Sharing a public report link is permitted; a share does not grant ownership of its contents. Company names and marks belong to their respective owners.
Availability, ads, and external services
Report availability, coverage, and update frequency can change. A company appearing in search does not guarantee a report is available. Clearly labeled advertisements are supplied by third parties and are not a recommendation or endorsement. External websites, Google's advertising services, and your email provider operate under their own terms.
Accuracy and limits
Information may be incomplete, stale, or erroneous, including where analysis is assisted by automated systems. The app and research service are provided as available, subject to rights that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing here limits liability that applicable law prohibits limiting, or waives any rights under applicable securities or consumer-protection laws.

Contact contact@amicus.ai for questions, corrections, accessibility help, or privacy requests. Updated terms will display a new effective date. Material changes to the service will be communicated where required.
